These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the AccXite Workforce web, PWA, and mobile applications (the "App") and related services provided by AccXite Pty Ltd ("AccXite", "we", "us", "our").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is provided to users through employer organizations. Employer administrators manage account provisioning, permissions, and deactivation.
Users do not self-register or directly delete accounts in the App. Account lifecycle actions are controlled by the employer.
You may use the App only if you are authorized by your employer organization. You must keep your credentials secure and must not share account access.
You must not:
(a) use the App in violation of any law, regulation, or employer policy;
(b) attempt unauthorized access, interference, reverse engineering, or circumvention of security controls;
(c) upload malicious code or content that may harm systems or users;
(d) misuse personal or confidential information accessed through the App.
Workforce and operational data entered into or generated by the App is controlled by the employer organization, subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements.
You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of information you submit through your authorized use.
Use of the App is also governed by the AccXite Workforce Privacy Policy: /About/PrivacyPolicy.
We apply reasonable measures to secure the App. However, no system can be guaranteed as fully secure, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
We may perform maintenance, updates, and changes that may temporarily affect availability.
The App may rely on third-party services (for example cloud hosting, push messaging, and infrastructure tools). Those services may have their own terms and privacy documentation.
Employer administrators may suspend or terminate user access at any time in accordance with employer policy.
We may suspend access where required for security, legal, operational, or contractual reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccXite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
