However, if you don't like the software, we are not charging you until 31 Dec 2019 and therefore you will have lot of time to assess your situation. More importantly we want to know your concern, so that we can fix it for you.

First of all, please check if your software supports STP (Single Touch Payroll). If not, you should move to AccXite as we support STP.

Finally, and more importantly, as accountants and software developers, we have some big plans to really move small businesses forward. We will be announcing them once the dust settles on STP takeover. You don't want to miss out on them.

In addition to the answer above, we are building lots of features this year. If there is a feature that is a deal breaker for you, please let us know. We will build it into our software. Due to our unique software development expertise, the features that don't need a lot of design can be introduced on the same day.

As we want to be open and honest with you, integrations with other software and direct bank feeds takes time to introduce into our software. While these don't affect the features of our software, we currently don't have them available at this stage. We are working with related parties and will announce it once they are done. However, not having them is not a bad thing. Our software provides most of the features small business need in one package. Therefore, you don't need to pay additional subscriptions to other software providers. Also, since all in the same package, the user interface would be very familiar and it takes only 2 minutes to become used to our software.

No. we process all of the data in Australia using only AccXite employees.

We have native apps for Android and Apple. We are waiting for them to be approved by the App stores. Once they are approved, we will update the links in this answer.

We also provide a desktop application which supports Windows, Mac and Linux. We also provide a web app which you can access here.

Yes. Licences are based on ABNs. You need to buy a licence for each ABN. You can use the same email address to access them all. After you set up your first business, you can set up the additional businesses inside AccXite.
Yes. You can set up different bank accounts and different address for unlimited locations for each ABN.
Yes. We support it through our cost centre feature. You can have unlimited cost centres under each location.
No. The licence is assigned to the ABN and therefore not transferable.
